Terms of Service

By placing an order on E-Steam you agree to the terms below. Please read them before purchasing. If you do not agree, do not proceed with checkout.

1. Digital Products & Instant Delivery

• All products sold on E-Steam are digital goods — game keys, gift cards, wallet codes, and in-game currency codes.
• Codes are delivered instantly to your registered email address after successful payment confirmation.
• For bank transfer orders, delivery occurs after manual payment verification. This typically takes 1–4 hours during business hours (9 AM – 10 PM PKT, 7 days a week).
• Ensure your email address is correct at checkout — E-Steam is not responsible for codes sent to an incorrectly entered email.

2. No-Refund Policy on Redeemed Codes

• If you receive a code that is invalid or already redeemed, contact us immediately — we will replace it at no cost.
• Refunds for unredeemed codes may be considered within 24 hours of purchase if the code has not been revealed. Contact support.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised after a code has been revealed will be contested.

3. Region Restrictions

• Some digital products are region-locked — e.g. a US Steam gift card can only be redeemed on a US Steam account. Region information is displayed on every product page.
• It is your responsibility to verify that the region of the product matches your account region before purchasing.
• E-Steam does not offer refunds for region mismatch errors made by the customer.

4. Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Accepted payment methods: Safepay (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card), and direct bank transfer (HBL).
• For bank transfers, orders are held for 24 hours. If payment is not confirmed within this window, the order will be cancelled.
• E-Steam reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse without notice.

5. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Do not share your account with others. Orders placed under your account are your responsibility.
• E-Steam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

• E-Steam is a reseller of digital codes and is not affiliated with Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Riot Games, or any game publisher.
• E-Steam is not liable for any loss arising from use or inability to use a purchased digital product beyond replacing an invalid code.
• We are not responsible for account bans imposed by platform operators.

7. Changes to These Terms

E-Steam may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
